Hello. Question re the embossing tools for Silhouette Cameo 5
Silhouette Cameo 5 & Curio 2 Embossing Tool Set
I purchased the 2 sets of embossing tools from Silhouette America. I have two machines (one in the state where I work and one in my home state). One set (where I work) works well, clicks in fine. The other set (at my home) doesn't click in. Has there been an issue with any of the embossing tools? I will plan to return to Silhouette America, but was wondering if this is a one off problem or a larger issue? Thank you for your time, Lori

Hi Lori, I just checked with our team and we have not had any returns for defective embossing tools. I will keep an eye out but right now it seems to be a one off issue. Please let us know if Silhouette provides any more information during your return process. Best, Will - owner
