What could make the exit and enter buttons on the Prestige A4 DTF printer fail? Prestige A4 Direct To Film (DTF) Roll Printer w/ Inks, Film, Supplies - Gray
Not sure what happened but a day ago everything was working and printing fine. Today, my ink is not drying and comes out wet, and the exit button doesn't work.

Question: Is the Prestige A4 DTF Printer compatible with Apple/MAC systems?
Answer: Unfortunately, the DigiRip software required to operate the Prestige A4 printer is not compatible with Mac systems. While it may be possible to use "Parallels" to run the software, full functionality and performance cannot be guaranteed in this setup.
