Hello I have the platinum formula and when I sprayed it on my orange shirt it left a box where the treatment was.

Unfortunately, orange is a really bad color for pre-treatment and DTG printing in general. The dyes manufacturers use are really poor quality and really hard to pre-treat without marking. Some manufactures of this color are better than others.
