Hi, even though the Cameo 5 Plus is 15" width vs 12" width of the Cameo 5 the cost to manufacturer a wider machine does increase. It requires thicker parts to help support the wider frame.
Why is the 5+ $100 more than 5? Seems a bit much for just 2 1/2 inches Silhouette Cameo 5 PLUS - 15
