The Brother PE545 can only embroider on soft baseball caps with no banding or hat patches, To embroider baseball caps, we recommend looking at the Brother PRS 100 or the BAi machines. On the PE545, there is only one spool so it is recommended to line up the threads you are going to use and then pull off when thread is used. The machine only comes with one 4x4 Embroidery Hoop.
