I would recommend following the instructions below to apply the license key.
- Go to SilhouetteAmerica.com and sign into your account’
- Click "My Account"
- Click "License Keys" tab
- Plugin the license key into the "Apply Software License Key to account box" and hit "Apply to account"
- Scroll down that same page and check to see if your code now shows in the "My Software Licenses" section. If it is please refer to the next steps.
- Go back to Silhouette Studio
- Help > Apply Upgrade Edition
- Input your login information
- If applicable, click the blue arrow to hide the license key box. *This step is very important as the license key box must be hidden
- Click "Sign In"
