Hi, we highly advise against converting an Epson Inkjet printer to a sublimation printer. Epson printers are each designed differently and a lot of R&D goes into the printing process. Inkjet printer heads are specifically designed by Epson to handle very specific inks. When an Epson inkjet is converted to sublimation you are running an ink that can have a different viscosity, dry time, etc. In addition, 3rd party inks which have a different formulation will also damage the print head over time. The printer may work for a while but eventually it will clog and can not be repaired. If you plan to print sublimation it is worth getting a dedicated Epson sublimation printer that is specifically designed to handle sublimation inks. the Epson F570 is the best selling sublimation printer on the market and we offer the largest selection of F570s available.
