You will need the SG500 printer, sublimation paper and Sawgrass approved sublimation ink, as well as the substrate you are looking to put your design on. The Sawgrass SG500 also needs software, which is free to download. You have access to "MySawgrass" which includes the Print Utility, Design software and more.
