The Roland Eco-UV EUV5 Ink Pouch EUV5P-7BK ink is not compatible with the Roland LEC2-330. The LEC2-330 requires the ink cartridge version of this ink, which can be purchased here. This ink pouch is only designed for the LG series of printers.
