Is the Siser heat transfer vinyl compatible with 12" cutters or only 15" cutters?

Verifying that this particular HTV size 15” wide material would not work with my Cameo and Cricut 12” wide cutters without having to cut the HTV down.

The 15" vinyl would not be compatible with 12" cutters without cutting them down. Where the rolls do come in 3ft length, they could be cut in thirds to create 3 individual 12 x 15" sheets, perfect for use with any 12" vinyl cutting machines.
