No, the separate curing oven is not necessary if you are using an inline shaker/oven — unless you specifically want the capability to cure individual cut sheets. Some of our customers, particularly when handling small print jobs, choose to cross-cut the DTF roll directly from the printer. They then manually apply the adhesive powder and cure the sheets in the standalone oven. This method can help reduce film waste and eliminates the need to run the material through the shaker for smaller quantities.
