Thank you for reaching out to Swing Design. I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. The free trial download can be found here along with other important information: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1P4tazqAddhWf7yb6a1MG3UjFK1pudDQR. This should help with downloading. Once you have downloaded the software, follow the on screen prompts to set up the software. When it asks for you to register your product, it will ask for your activation code.
