When you are putting the Swing Design branded sublimation paper into a sublimation printer, you want to have the side with the Swing Design water mark facing up. The blank side of the paper should be facing down in the tray, that is what you will be printing on.
With TruPix Sublimation paper, both of the sides do appear similar at a glance. You can hold the TruPix paper up to any light, and you keep the "shinier" side up. The best way to tell if it was printed on the incorrect side is if you run your finger on the print and it smudges, that is the incorrect side and flip the paper over.
