Even with the three different sized embroidery hoops for the Brother SE2000, we do not recommend trying to embroider onto caps with this particular machine. These particular embroidery hoops are made to secure fabrics to be flat, not rounded like baseball caps or trucker hats, and trying to secure hats into those hoops would cause unneeded stress to damage the needles, hats, hoops, and the machine.
For a small business, we would recommend browsing through our embroidery machine bundles that are made specifically to embroider on caps, such as the Brother PRS100 or the BAi Mirror 15 Needle Commerical Embroidery machines.
