There are many downsides to cutting Uninet Magnetic Media with a laser, such as magnetic dust that is hard to clean and possible toxic chemicals. It is best to cut magnetic media with a blade. The xTool M1 Ultra does have a blade cutting feature along with it's normal laser capabilities so you could get a two in one!
