The BN2-20 has a 1 year manufacturers warranty through Roland. It is serviced by Roland trained technicians who will provide support with troubleshooting, replacement parts and on site service visits as needed. There is an option for an extended warranty through Roland which continues your support, or the option of a third party warranty. These machines are currently in stock and ship out in 2-3 business days. The shipping is currently free to the customer.
