10x10 hoop does not fit on Brother PRS100 machine Mighty Hoop - 10x10 inch Magnetic Hoop for BAi
I just bought a hoop from your store but it doesn't work on my machine. I have PRS100 from Brother, can you please exchange for a hoop that work with Brother?
