All of our Refurbished 8-in-1 Swing Away Heat Presses come with a 1-year warranty and Lifetime Support. If the press is damaged upon delivery, or experiencing any issues, contact our support by emailing: support@swingdesign.com. We can provide troubleshooting, and an exchange for another refurbished heat press within the first 30 days of delivery.
