The Sawgrass Waste Ink Tanks cannot be emptied manually, nor have a way to open them without breaking the container itself. When the waste ink tank is full, your Sawgrass will alert you on the main printer screen. Safely remove the tank, and please dispose of the ink properly at a local waste management facility (please do not put this in the trash). You would have to purchase a new waste tank in order to continue printing.
