With our 12 pack of 11oz ProSub Sublimation mugs, they do arrive all in one container. There is cardboard between each mug, paper stuffed in each mug, and each individually bubble wrapped. This is to help prevent any damage that might occur in transit, but we will replace any mugs that are damaged on arrival. Send pictures of any delivery damages/cracks to support@swingdesign.com
