On refurbished heat presses do you share what made them refurbished?

Hi, normally the presses are returns from customers where they ended up buying an equipment bundle and returned the press and equipment within 30 days of purchase. Most times the press has been removed from the packaging so it is not in sealed new packaging so it is listed as refurbished. We test the press before offering it as refurbished. If the heat press was returned for a hardware issue, the parts are completed replaced with new components.
