The Layers feature in Silhouette Studio can be accessed in Designer Edition, Designer Edition PLUS, and Business Edition. Not only can Layers help organize elements of your designs, each layer can be locked (to prevent mis-clicking on objects), but also rename the layers and objects. You can also cut specific layers and add pauses between each for more complex projects.
