Yes, any blades that were designed for the Cameo 4 (including the Autoblade, 2mm & 3mm Kraft blades, Rotary blade, Deep Cut blade, etc) will work perfectly with any Cameo 5, Curio 2, Portrait 4, or Cameo Pro MK-II. The two blade carriage for the Cameo 5 is the same model as the Cameo 4, with some small modifications internally to help support better cuts.
