You can download the free software, Sawgrass Print Utility, for both the SG500 and SG1000 from Sawgrassink.com (or click this link here). Sawgrass Print Utility can be downloaded on both Windows and Mac computers, and a requirement for managing correct color profiles when printing with sublimation ink.
