Any of our Refurbished machine listings (including the Brother SE2000) do not have a manufacturer warranty attached as they are no longer brand new. No additional warranties can be purchased for any refurbished machine. If any refurbished purchases arrive damaged, or are not working for any reason, our customer support team will work with you on troubleshooting (contact: support@swingdesign.com). We can also replace the machine if needed within the first 30 days!
