How can I make black t shirts with sublimation
Epson SureColor PRO F570 24
I new to this and want a sublimation printer rather than a DTV because of the soft feel and great quality. However, the majority of the printing I will be doing needs to be on Black shirts and black items. Is there any way to be able to do this? Or do I have to get the vinyl press set up? Again I don’t want to feel the design when it’s touched on shirts.

When using the Epson SureColor PRO F570 24", achieving visible prints on black items through sublimation requires pressing onto a white HTV product first. The nature of sublimation ink, which is optimized for polyester fibers, means it sinks into the fabric and won't show on dark surfaces without a white backing. Unlike a DTF printer, the Epson SureColor F570 does not support white ink, so direct printing on black is not feasible. This printer is ideal for vibrant prints on light-colored polyester. For the softest hand feel on black garments, Direct to Garment, or Direct to Film are your best options.
