In each Refurbished Bernette B79, we cannot guarantee that all the accessories will be included, and try to replace the missing items if possible. While we cannot confirm the exact details of the refurbished items, all of our listings through Swing Design have been tested and checked to assure they function correctly. Any machine returned that does not pass testing (broken mechanically or bad cosmetic damage) is not added into the listing stock. Manuals, quickstart guides, and dust covers are common items missing from previous returns.
If your Refurbished B79 is not working correctly or damaged in transit within the first 30 days, our customer support can help with troubleshooting assistance (by emailing support@swingdesign.com.) We can also exchange it for another refurbished machine of the same model, given it needs more repairs than basic troubleshooting.
