Swing Design does not provide any warranties for the any Used or Refurbished listings, including the SG500 Bypass Tray. If you experience any issues with a refurbished item on any order, please contact support@swingdesign.com within the first 30 days of your delivery, our customer support can help with troubleshooting or replace the tray with another refurbished bypass tray.
